Developing a website for a mobile device presents some challenges. The biggest difference between designing a website for a mobile device as opposed to a desktop is that someone accessing a site from a phone generally has different goals. They might be traveling, in a boring meeting, or waiting in line at the DMV. They generally are not sitting at a desk.
