Outlook

 
1. Open Outlook. Click tools, email accounts.
 

 

2.  Select View or change existing e-mail account, click Next.
 

 

3.  Highlight your ClickCom email account, click Change.
 

 

4.  Enter your Internet E-mail Settings

  • User Information
    • Your Name (ex. John Smith)
    • E-mail Address (ex. jsmith@yourdomain.com)
  • Logon Information
    • User Name
      (*Note: User name provided to you by ClickCom.)
    • Password
    • Check the Remember password box.
  • Server Information
    • Incoming mail server (POP3):  mail.yourdomain.com
      (*Note:  If you email is @clickcom.com then please use mail.clickcom.com)
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):  mail.clickcom.com
      (*Note:  If you use your ISP's outgoing mail server then place their server setting here.)
  • More Settings
    • Click on the More Settings button
    • Click on the Outgoing Server tab at the top (second over from left)
    • Check the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
    • Then make sure the first radio button is selected "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
    • Once this is complete leave all the other settings to their default
    • Click OK

  • Click Next.
 

 

5.  Click Finish.
