There are many reasons this may happen, but there are some simple steps you can take to correct the problem:

1. Be sure you have an internet connection. To check this, try and browse the internet (Ex: search google for something- anything! if the search runs, you’re connected). If you have an internet connection, and you’re trying to access your mail via Outlook, try restarting.

Still no luck? read on…

2. ClickCom email accounts, like many others, have a limited amount of space allotted to them. If you have had your email through us for a long time, or regularly receive large email attachments at that account, you may be a victim of a max’ed out email quota!

Log into squirrel mail (mail.YourDomainName.com/net/org…) and clear out old emails, trash folders, or emails will large attachments. The progress bar at the top left of the screen will tell you how much space you’re using, and you should see more space free up as you clear out emails. This will immediately allow emails to come into your inbox.

NOTE: emails sent to your account after your quota is filled will be returned to sender as undeliverable. If you were expecting emails from certain people, get in touch with them to resend those emails.3. Still not working?? Give us a call at 704-365-9970 ask for tech-support.
