Clickcom has web email available to all of our email accounts. Web email for virtual domain customers is available at webemail.yourdomainname.com/net/org/biz/etc.
For @clickcom.com customers, you will use http://webemail.clickcom.com. Your email address and your password are required in order to log in.
*For those clients that where already switched to our new mail server, you will use http://newmail.clickcom.com
How to clean out your mail box when it is over quota:
- Click on Options at the top of the page.
- Click on Folder Preference in the left hand column.
- Under Special Folder Options drop down the select box to read:
[Do not use Trash]
- Click on the Submit button down at the bottom of the page.
- Now you will be able to delete out the messages in the Inbox.
