Server Maintenance Alert:

On Wednesday October 23rd during a server migration, we experienced an outage that has temporarily caused some clients websites and emails to “go down”. We are diligently working on resolving this on  a server level. This will bring sites and emails back online for every client effected all at the same time.

In the interest of better supporting our customers, Clickcom is making some changes to our servers. These changes are made to enhance the overall security of our systems so that all of our servers and your sites are better protected against the mounting perils in existence today.

If you experience any downtime during this time period, all tech support requests or concerns need to be entered into this form or  in order to be addressed properly and quickly through support.

All concerns will be addressed through the ticketing system and website/email repair form. Please do not leave repeat messages on the tech support phone line during this time period.
